Sponsorship Details

How is the money used?

A) Ten percent (10%) of your donation used towards program administration expense. Admin expense pays for rent, stationary, salaries, staff training, publicity material and campaign.

B) In case child is going to private or aided school, we pay school fee against the bills in two installments.

C) In case child is going to Government school, as government schools do not have school fee, Child is assigned to nearest learning center. Learning centers run 6 days a week with help of three teachers between 4-6 PM, who cover core subjects. Your donation to government school going child is used to pay teachers salary, school kit for child, rent, stationary and education trip once year.

What to expect from the program?

A) You will receive at least one score card giving details of Child’s academic progress during one academic year (Jun- Mar). In most cases we will be able report child’s academic progress two times in an academic year.

B) We will arrange either

1) Phone call to connect to sponsored child or

2) Video Chat using Skype or

3) Physically meet the child once a year.

C) Publish half yearly news letter giving details of all activities we worked on along with statement of account.

D) Send you audited copy of statement of account once a year.

E) Promptly attend to all your query, Direct access to program director to address any issues.

Will I get tax benefit?

Yes, you are entitled to get tax deduction under 80(G).

How do I connect to child?
