upholding the hopes of children belonging to socio-economically weaker sections.

Light at the end of a dark tunnel
We
have been supporting education of underprivileged children since 2009. We
understand the importance of higher education in rescuing families out of lack
and breaking the recurring poverty cycle. There have been innumerable instances
where we prevented children from dropping out of education, just at the nick of
time. We feel responsible for these children because they are the future of
their families and the country as well. So, as an NGO for education, it is our constant
endeavour to reach out to more children in need so that lack of finance does
not block their progress.
Upholding hopes of children by making higher education accessible
The
AISHE 2019-20 report states that there has been an increased participation of women, SCs & STs population in
higher education between 2015-16 and 2019-20 resulting in a growth of 11.4% in the student enrolment.
This was possible due to continuous focus on girls’ education, women
empowerment, and empowerment of socially
backward classes.
Congruent
with the above-mentioned focus areas, we provide financial support to students
belonging to marginalised sections of the society. The objective of our
scholarship program is to educate the poor students, differently-abled students,
and students who lost their parents in the COVID-19
pandemic. We help underprivileged
children to pursue PUC (10+2), Degree, Engineering, and Medical Courses.
We
don’t stop at providing financial help to educate the poor children, we go the extra
mile to make sure our beneficiaries stay on track and are ready to take on the
world after completing their studies. Hence, we provide admission guidance for college and course selection,
career guidance sessions and soft skills workshop, training on 21st century
skills, mentorship programs to mould them into responsible citizens, and
Employability Readiness Program.
